Application
Dynamic hardness tester DYNATEST H30 allows for quick and nondestructive inspection of object hardness (products, semi-products, samples) made of steel or other elastic materials. Inspection measurement may be performed on objects of any size or weight except small metal parts and thin metal sheets. This tester is applicable for various industrial inspection stands.

Technical description
Work of the tester is based upon the appropriately modified dynamic-elastic method (ace. to Shore). It consists of the special measurement sensor and the electronic assembly which cooperates with the tester and is placed in a separate portable housing.

Characteristic features of the electronic part of DY-NATEST H30 are following:

* microprocessor system controlling tester's work,
* digital LCD - display,
* possibility of result display in two scales:
a) in conventional units (not denominated)
b) in HRC units (automatically calculated from conventional units).
* automatic introduction of measurement results into battery sustained memory (up to 82 results in each of 16 memory units)
* access to stored results
* possibility to cancel the selected result,
* calculation of arithmetic mean and range from results stored in a given unit, user can program his own measurement characteristics,
* working response can be selected,
* series joint RS232C (for measurement results transmission into computer IBM-PC or printer).)

Advantages
DYNATEST 30 is simple to operate, reliable, result reproducibility is significant, precision - high. Measurements are practically nondestructive due to the very small weight of beater, which falls down upon the surface controlled only under the force of gravity. Portable construction of the tester and batteries allow it to operate in places inaccessible for traditional stationary hardness testers.
Due to the possibility of portable mni-printer installment work protocol may be printed in the work post and data transmission to the computer allows for complex statistical calculations from measurement results. Correctness of tester's indications can be checked immediately as the tester is equipped with legalized HRC hardness standards.
